School Guide Charlotte was born out of my own experience as a Charlotte mom navigating the private school search — twice, before Covid and after Covid.
When I started looking for private schools for my children I quickly realized how overwhelming and fragmented the process was. There was no single reliable resource that gave Charlotte families a clear complete picture of their private school options. I spent countless hours researching schools online, asking friends for recommendations, attending open houses and trying to piece together information that was scattered across dozens of different websites.
I made mistakes. I visited schools that turned out to be completely wrong for my family. And I learned so much along the way.
I created School Guide Charlotte because I did not want any other Charlotte parent to go through what I went through alone. Every family deserves access to clear, accurate and up to date information — not just the families who happen to know the right people or have been in Charlotte long enough to know where to look.
